Receptionist (position opened only for people with disabilities) Milan

Anmil Onlus is hiring for a business partner a receptionist; this position is opened only for people with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer and direct phone calls; receive and register coming mails; provide general support to visitors

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

Assist in booking of business travel arrangements

Assist in meeting & training logistics

Maintain monthly contact lists and staff attendance for company daily list

Other administration duties as assigned by line manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or above; minimum 2-3 years Admin experience in multinational companies

Good bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written

Self-motivated, well-organized and detailed-orientated. A self-starter and a problem solver

Strong knowledge in MS Office, esp. excellent Word skills
